SAP S4 HANA Upgrade for a leading US pharmaceutical
S R Global Services Inc. was responsible for design and architecture to enable the organization with the upgrade from 1610 to 1909 SAP S/4 HANA for its key business functions. Due to SRGs’ industry knowledge in Life Sciences, the implementation partner for the customer, engaged SRG architect to collaborate with them on the initiative.
We worked hand-in-hand with the customer to Implement industry best practices and to bring in business process re-engineering wherever needed.

Supply Network Planning
The client is a large scale supply chain customer with complex integration of suppliers and distribution centers. This global provider of lighting solutions to consumers and business, engaged SRG to improve an existing APO solution that was deployed by a large consulting organization, to re-design and enhance the Demand Planning and Supply Network Planning.
SRG resources were deployed to the site and the Rapid Discovery Workshop provided the client with key areas and sprint to execute the recommendation. SRG team and PMO were leveraged with expertise in Demand Planning (DP), Supply Network Planning (SNP) that resulted in improved visibility and removal of custom code from existing solution set
